Jennifer has been in the mortgage business since 2001. The mortgage industry was introduced to her after she concluded that the nursing school was not for her. Immediately starting in the mortgage division at a large Bank, Jennifer knew this was where she was meant to be. Jennifer enjoys helping her clients navigate the home buying process and coming up with options and solutions. Jennifer believes homeownership is the American dream and wants to help as many people as possible become a homeowner. Nothing is more satisfying to Jennifer than the call to a first-time buyer who never thought homeownership was possible on the day of closing to congratulate them.  She is also passionate about helping veterans and active-duty military members become homeowners as she is married to a veteran and have personally benefited from using a VA loan.  She is also a Certified Veterans Loan Specialist. 
Jennifer grew up in Southern Arizona and has a love for the area. She sits on the Southern Arizona Economic Development Group board and Benson Chamber. She has a desire to support the community, local business owners and encourage positive growth in Southern Arizona.
On the weekends Jennifer is typically enjoying the outdoors either hiking, riding and competing her horses or on the back of a Harley.

Michael Morgan is a seasoned resident of Tucson with deep roots in the community. A graduate of Amphitheater High School and the University of Arizona, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 1996, Michael embarked on a successful career in the mortgage industry. His journey began at Select Mortgage, where he quickly distinguished himself as a reliable and dedicated mortgage professional. Over the years, Michael's expertise and commitment have led him to his current role as Southern Arizona Regional Manager for Peoples Mortgage, where he is recognized as one of Tucson's foremost mortgage officers. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael is deeply engaged in giving back to his community. For over a decade, he has served as an assistant basketball coach at several esteemed institutions including Salpointe Catholic High School, Sahuaro High School, Ironwood Ridge High School, and Pima Community College. Through his coaching endeavors, Michael has not only imparted invaluable skills to Tucson's youth but has also served as a role model, exemplifying integrity, discipline, and perseverance.

Michael is a compassionate individual who has dedicated over a decade of his life to making a meaningful impact in the lives of foster children across Southern Arizona. At More Than A Bed, Michael has focused on raising funds and collecting toys to provide comfort and joy to children in need.


Driven by a deep sense of empathy, Michael’s journey began with a simple goal: to go beyond providing just a bed for foster children. Recognizing the emotional and psychological needs of these vulnerable youngsters!
Michael has established a legacy of generosity and kindness, becoming a beacon of hope for countless foster children.
